Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads and book qualified appointments.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Present company solutions and product demos to potential clients, addressing objections and answering technical questions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately process orders, contracts, and customer data entry to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation (Direct Hire experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a genuine desire to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.
