Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new leads.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to maintain accurate records and track progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
