- Generate New Business: Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Lead Qualification: Use a consultative approach to assess client needs and determine if our services are a good fit.
- Close Deals: Persuade prospects to purchase products or services, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, leads, and sales data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine sales scripts and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
