Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and virtual presentations to showcase our solutions to prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, track pipeline progress, and maintain Salesforce CRM records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and with product specialists to resolve client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Business Development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
