Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and qualify potential opportunities using CRM tools.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and manage high-quality conversations with prospects via phone and email to understand their business needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track all interactions and progress within the CRM system to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Objection Handling: Effectively address client concerns and overcome objections to move prospects toward a purchase decision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to refine sales strategies and achieve quarterly targets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Self-Motivation: High level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing sales processes quickly.
