Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives and procurement managers
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and closed deals
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
- Participate in quarterly sales training and product updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot CRM
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in data-driven sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
