Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound calling and email prospecting.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales activity data to optimize performance and close rates.
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities within the local market.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone voice.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger to earn commission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
