Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close sales.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with strong self-discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
