Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings with decision-makers within target industries.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and messaging.
- Participate in ongoing training to master sales methodologies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, telecommunications, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets (Base + Bonus experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic sales process.
