Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or account management (minimum 1 year experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
