Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and social selling strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via Zoom and phone.
- Manage and update accurate records in Salesforce CRM to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns based on market feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
