Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points effectively.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients to drive conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
