Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, overcoming objections.
- Close sales and manage the initial onboarding process for new accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to earn uncapped income.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
