Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and emails
- Present product/service solutions to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Participate in regular sales training and meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus
