Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads within the Memphis metropolitan area using targeted outreach strategies
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via phone, video conferencing, and email
- Close sales deals and maintain client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while documenting all interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with verifiable commission history
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
