Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Identify and contact potential clients via cold calling, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Presentation & Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations of our premium products/services, clearly articulating value propositions to prospective customers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts, ensuring all sales targets and quotas are met.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven individual with a hunger for commission-based earnings and performance bonuses.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain high energy levels throughout the day.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
