Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Phoenix market.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients to identify their specific needs.
- Conduct needs analysis and qualify leads to ensure a high probability of conversion.
- Close sales agreements and negotiate terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions to refine closing techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
