Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for remote sales, but often preferred for team events).
