Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the New York and Illinois markets.
- Closing: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections, build rapport, and close deals with prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in or willing to relocate to the New York or Illinois area.
