Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close 15-20 sales deals monthly through consultative selling
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines and exceed quarterly targets
- Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with marketing to refine product positioning and objection handling
- Document client interactions and maintain 95%+ data accuracy in sales platforms
- Participate in daily coaching sessions to refine negotiation techniques
- Track performance metrics and consistently achieve 110%+ of monthly quotas
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with SaaS or tech sales highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
