Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while closing new business opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets with strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly team training and performance review sessions
- Adapt to evolving product offerings and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Available to work Monday-Friday night shift (7 PM - 4 AM CT)
- Results-oriented mindset with data-driven approach to sales
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote team environment
