The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with potential clients and driving revenue growth. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to identify opportunities and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers to identify their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Manage customer data accurately within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A positive attitude and a hunger to succeed.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
