As part of our rapidly expanding sales organization, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with potential clients and driving revenue through consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to identify business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on industry, budget, authority, and needs (BANT).
- Book qualified appointments for senior account executives and sales directors.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to accurately log interactions and update customer records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting (Training provided for top candidates).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn uncapped commission.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote.
