Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calling and digital outreach.
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients to identify solutions.
- Present product and service offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Close sales and process orders accurately within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
