Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 20% through strategic prospecting and solution selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
- Close 15+ deals monthly with average deal size of $2,500
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques for B2B transactions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales highly valued
