Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the New York metropolitan area.
- Conduct outbound calls and presentations to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track sales activities and report progress to management on a daily basis.
- Participate in team-building activities and training workshops.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
