What You Will Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue by engaging with potential clients and closing deals over the phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through outbound prospecting and research.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Present product demos and value propositions clearly to decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
