Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Present company solutions to prospective clients and overcome objections to close sales.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
