Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions aligned with customer needs and pain points
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Document all sales activities in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
