Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored product demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing and onboarding.
- Accurately log all activities and pipeline data into our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive, professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Willingness to learn new products and sales methodologies quickly.
