Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct needs assessments and present product solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
