Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM system
- Present product demos via Zoom/Teams to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead-nurturing campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets ($150k+ quota)
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside/outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
- Exceptional communication & objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Ability to work in hybrid downtown Chicago office
- Passion for tech solutions and consultative selling
