Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update pipeline status, and forecast revenue.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- A self-starter mentality with a proven ability to work independently and remotely.
