- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and secure contracts, consistently meeting monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline progression.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Lead Generation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
