Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop customized solution presentations addressing client pain points and business objectives
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with external field sales teams to coordinate account strategies and handoffs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain technical expertise across our portfolio
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high client satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating in fast-paced team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with polished phone presence
- Experience in SaaS, IT solutions, or technology sales highly preferred
