Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Present our innovative solutions to potential clients through compelling product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the customer onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward office environment.
