Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through various channels, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients into the sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video conferencing to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system, utilizing data to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align on campaign goals and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated track record of success in hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter mindset with high resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
