Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social media prospecting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to identify their specific needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and optimize campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone voice.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a hunger to succeed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
