As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be on the front lines of our revenue engine, engaging with prospects and converting leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to prospects to showcase our value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
