The Role: You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. We provide the leads; you provide the hustle.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to qualified leads and prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to decision-makers.
- Overcome objections and close deals to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of self-motivation and a hunger for financial success.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (remote/hybrid option available).
