Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to clients and close sales deals
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
