Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with our premium solutions.
- Present product demos and conduct needs analysis to drive sales conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and resilience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment across Phoenix, AZ, and Virginia.
