Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system (Salesforce/Salesloft) to ensure accurate data hygiene.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls to qualified prospects in San Diego and Virginia.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to refine sales collateral and strategy.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota targets consistently.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to close deals and retain clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a Base + Commission environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events in San Diego or Virginia.
