Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline through to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine targeting strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Document all customer interactions and deal progress accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a commission-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
