Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Accurately log all interactions and sales activities into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income through commission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
