Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Communication: Conduct needs analysis calls to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and drive revenue growth for the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Follow-Up: Manage the pipeline effectively to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner.
- Determination: A strong drive to meet targets and a hunger for financial success through bonuses.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
