Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to B2B clients across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 80+ call/engagement activity
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy and training workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
