Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads in assigned territories
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline management
- Develop deep product knowledge to address complex client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales methodologies
- Document client interactions accurately in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology solutions
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Strong negotiation and objection resolution abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
