Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B inside sales experience or relevant internship
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
