Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs-based discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (high performers with less experience will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Drive: Proven self-motivation and a hunger to earn uncapped income based on performance.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
